Throughout many years of operating and owning successful CI business, there were many things that we did right, but also things we did wrong.  The CI industry is one that is very easy to get in to, yet over 90% of CI dealers fail within their first 5 years of business.  Most CI companies struggle with not only making a profit, but also keeping the doors open each day.

After spending time meeting with dealers and discussing their businesses we came to realize that most dealers in the CI business were very knowledgeable in the specifics of their trade and the products of their trade but not only lacked many of the skills and knowledge to run a business, but in-fact most hated the business side of things.  Therefore we decided to take our business skills and knowledge of the industry added with all the lessons that we had learned and help dealers with the part of the business that they hated.
